The long road.
Tuesday, July 12, 2011 at 11:48 It has been a long road to get here. Having had multiple successful demos at conventions and a whole slew of content that we just can't churn out fast enough. With a major update in the bag under going final review. A few years ago my loving husband called it a pipe dream but he said he'd support me the whole way. Well now that pipe has some solid plumbing, but things keep getting clogged.
We need to expand the company, and so I've been trying. Actively applying for loans and looking for funding. In the economy, however, and trying to start up a computer software company in Ames, Iowa, of all places. As a loan officer said, the chances of getting the funding are bleak even if he does beleive the company will take off.
I will not despair, nor should you. Moonshards will be a reality and with it a whole new way to game. Revitalizing several genres with a game mechanic system that scales accross most platforms and styles of play and has a nearly infinite amount of costumization without a true level cap.
Moonshards won't be the only product we release, just the first. The backend we use for Moonshards will be part of a framework for bringing many important business and personal tasks into one user friendly, yet expert friendly, application.
The long road has been walked; success is in sight. How far 'til we reach our goal is unknown, but we know beyond the shadow of a doubt we will get there.
