Yes, limited terraforming is allowed by default once a Native takes the lease. If the default limitations are insufficient, a Native may request temporary overrides from Estate Staff.  Natives may ask for certain work to be done for them.  All terraforming requests should be submitted to the Lead Terraformer or the Estate Owner.

Public lands may be terraformed by Estate Staff without notice. We will attempt to minimize impact of public terraforming on Natives' parcels.
