No high-traffic businesses are allowed in LEP Estate, including clubs. Personal vendors in or outside homes are acceptable. A Native may have at least one vendor, plus one additional vendor for each 1000 prims they rent. Outdoor vendors should try to blend in with the sim theme.
Note that informal "hangout" spots where small groups may congregate are allowed.
