Buildings should strive to be made of wood or earthen materials like brown bricks and should not dominate the landscape. Some metal and glass is permitted, but buildings should not be made of all metal and glass, for example. Sci-Fi, Urban, or other obviously out of place buildings will receive one notice to fix and a 72 hour deadline. Buildings that could be argued either way, such as brick, may receive a request a change request; however, it will not be returned unless another Native submits a formal complaint.

Please try to keep your buidlings from encroaching on your neighbors. Estate Staff will attempt to help you maximize the room in your parcel without encroachment by allocating public land between parcels, but we appreciate when you leave space inside your boundary as well.

Please avoid large signs and fullbright objects.
